Allowing the microphone

Hum mode uses your microphone to hear the notes you sing or whistle. Playing the piano keyboard does not need microphone access.

If you chose not to allow the microphone earlier:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
  2. Find RiffBack. Depending on your iOS version, you may need to tap Apps first.
  3. Turn on Microphone, then return to RiffBack.

Deleting your account

In RiffBack, open Settings, choose Account, then Delete Account.

Deleting your account removes your account record and the musical phrases you have sent. A phrase that someone has already replied to may remain in their conversation.

Please include your iPhone model and iOS version. You can find both in your iPhone’s Settings app: tap General, then About. Never send your password or phone passcode.
